Just spoke with my dealer and my new GT/CS vert is "on the ramp" in SoCal He should have it by Friday so I can pick it up on Sat. morning!!!!

Did you or your dealer call the VOPC to check on it's status?

 

Cochise - I called my dealer today to find out the status - since I never could get the ERL to work for me ....he's an old friend (dates back to high school) and took good care of me. My original order date was 8/14/06 and given what I read here about time to receive an ordered Stang I'm feeling very lucky to get it in 5 weeks....especially a fully loaded GT/CS vert with stick - LET THE MODS BEGIN!!....I'm thinking after about 5K miles it's ROUSHCHARGER time!!!

No nanners yet though - don't want to jinx it

Vehicle Order Processing Center. I pm'd you the other day and gave you the steps to talk to a "live" analyst to find out where your car was.

 

Thanks I got that - but they get pretty testy about speaking with a customer....my dealer is an old friend and I didn't want to use his name....and althught the analyst did provide an arrival date - it was three weeks later than expected and is not accurate so I gave up on speaking with the analysts.

Now my dealer called today and my car has been sitting on "the ramp" in SoCal for several days now and he doesn't think he will have it this Friday afterall Hopefully it will be in next week now at the latest
