I've managed to keep the due date of my stang secret from the coworkers. All except one think I'll get it in February, not this weekend. Monday will be fun.

Kept my wife in the dark for 4 months...
When she found out she said:
"If you buy that car I'll leave you..."
sometimes I kind of miss her...

My father in law came up yesterday and somehow thought I had mine already.... One of the first words out of his mouth.....So where' the new Mustang, I wanna take it for a spin.... He was a little disapointed it would be a couple of weeks yet...I handed him the hardcover book instead.

Imagine my avg. day. I am 17 in high school and my car is being made on the 3rd of dec and somehow everyone knows about it. I only told like 5 people and now everyone asks "did you get it?'' and i have to dissapoint them and say no. On the other hand about 14 girls said they want a ride so i'm lovin it. Since i'm getting a v6 all the 4cyl import guys want to race and will not leave me alone. But my relatives are going to be surprised on christmas. My uncle who had the first 69 shelby mustang in Ga, laughed at the idea of my 66 cyl. He sold it in 1976 for 800 dollars. what an idiot.

I come from a family of Mustang fanatics. At one point, all the grandsons of legal driving age had Mustangs. My sister would have had one too, but it is hard to get two car seats in the back. Sooo, of course the 05 was a huge discussion among the family. I am the only one who has driven one (Ford Innovation Drive), so I was the answer man....It was great! Can't wait to order mine. Hopefully, I will have it when my family comes down for my graduation.

Me too. I will see them at Christmas, and surprise them. However, my buddy talked to my sister and let it slip. So I told her to keep it wucik.

I did take my brother-in-law for a ride over T-Day break. He got in and we found a quick little road to take a run on. I easily caught a wheel in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with the traction control on. With a big grin he said he is a chevy man, but he would love to own one of these.
