Ordered myself some take offs (18x8.5 polished bullits) from SS-inserts. I can update when I get them. I had them ordered from Newtakeoff.com but they couldnt get me any as quick as I needed them. Cancelled that one.

 

Have you tried Discount Tire or The Tire Rack ?? I got my 18" Fanblades from The Tire Rack. Great price. Great service.

Do Discount Tire and Tire Rack have genuine Ford wheels? If I'm going to spend a bunch, I'd rather spend a little more and get the real deal.

 

My Fanblades are Genuine Ford Wheels... well, actually they are Ford Racing Performance Parts wheels, but the same thing.

whats the best place to get the shelby gt500 wheels? they look sweet imo... the 18's

 

I ordered the chrome version of the GT500 wheels from oewheelconcepts.com . They are 18x9 front, 18x10 rear, Goodyear F1's, 255/45/18 front, 285/40/18 rear. Used the 01 Pony center caps, (had to remove about 1/16 inch from the backing, the grey area), and they look and fit great. Have not taken pics yet, but will post when done.

 

NTO supplies most of the take off wheels for any of the companies. They are tough to get right now.

 

i went into my local tire and wheel place, its a big tire and wheel dealer, lots of wheels on the wall and tons of business here. well they tried to tell me the only wheel that looked like the one i wanted was for the Z06. i told him he was right and that it was the same style as the gt500. well he didnt believe me till i found it in his book, then he quoted me 225 per wheel. i said "isnt that a little steep?" and he looked at me like an *** and said "for chrome?"

so i left. i know i can get them on the net for like 150 each... i hate going anywhere and buying stuff, its always cheaper online...

 

i also really like the 06 fanblades....

my wife likes them too. i will probably end up getting them if i do anything at all.. they are cheaper and easier to come by also....

 

think anyone would like to trade?
