I apologize for missing the forum restructure thread (guess I couldn't see the forest for the trees ). I also think the Warranty Issues category should be reinstated. I visited that section every day & found it very helpful and informative.

It was the first forum I went to when I logged on...I personally think there are too many sticky's to pay attention to them all....I will miss the seperate warranty threads...

First of all, thank you for all of the work that went and goes into creating and maintaining this forum. it created a true virtual (and often actual)community for us.
Here is a suggestion for restructuring this forum in the future:
if you are planning to eliminate a sub-forum please post a thread on the sub-forum that you will eliminate, not on the main forum. A LOT of us go directly to sub-forums we like to read. I stopped looking at the general forum, simply because it is too general, and I'm mostly interested in specific topics (interior and perf. mods and warranty). I rarely if ever look elsewhere. This will eliminate us moaning and *itching after the fact.

Thats what we did.
That could depend on how it was worded. I like the separate warranty section.

+1. Thanks for the keeping up the good work guys but warranty and maintainance prob should be seperate cuz i can't seem to find a lot of the things i previously did.. and searching never totally yields it all..

I agree... I would definately like to see the warranty and issues sub-forum returned... I also didn't see anything about the restructure.

+1. I was surprised how few gave any input.

Too busy going straight to the subforums... missed the sticky. The issue threads seem to be getting lost with all the other general posts. You can do a search, but if it's an issue you don't realize you have yet... you'll never know to check your car.

+1 for a seperate issues subforum

Nature of the beast - people aren't vocal until their comfort zone is diminished.

That being said, I also prefer the separate Warranty and Service Issues category. If such a broad and extensive topic doesn't deserve it's own category, I don't know what does.

I would going as far as to say that the main reason people initially find their way to a Mustang forum are:
1) Their thinking about buying one and are gathering info, opinions, etc.
2) They're having problems.

Hard to comment on what we want until it has been taken away.

And I dont think several complaints is enough to justify a mass change affected thousands who arent complaining.
