Where do I find the computer code

Anyone know where the computer code is located? I have ordered the SCT Xcalibrator but need the code so they can program it.

If auto, look for a number like BKT1 or BKT2. If an manual tranny, look for CDC1 or CDC2.

How to find it :

1. Open the hood, stand in the center of the car facing the engine
2. Look to your left, right in front of the fenderwell and the in front of the radiator.
3. There should be a on a computer mounted on a bracket. sitting on its side.
3. You should see a white sticker wit the code on it.

MIne was CDC2....not that anyone cares...

but it is real easy to spot once you know what you are looking for.

Glad the search function worked for me this time. I'm also in the process of ordering the SCT2 and needed the comp code. Mine was DUR3 if anyone cares Thanks for sharing the info Bryan...
