all the dealers here in quebec told me they are not available only in the us

i went to 4 dealerships all the same then i thought well maybe its just quebec so i went to ontario same thing

I think 426H was just bring to your attention the order guide. It does not show where its available. It should be available at any dealership at this point. I think they just don't have any on order. Maybe ask if they can place the order for you.
