MGW. That replaced the Steada Tri-Ax that replaced the stock shifter. Best shifter feel I have ever had on any car I'm driven (note the "I have driven" disclamer there!). It's much better than the Tri-Ax and a WHOLE lot better than stock.
The funny thing is I used to think the stock shifter was ok...

I had a Hurst, but it was just too notchy for me.
I hadn't thought it was a problem until I drove my buddies car with a Pro 5.0! I ordered the Pro 5.0 as soon as I got home.
I miss the look of the Hurst, but the feel of the Pro 5.0 with a stock shift handle is the best combo I've felt.
I've yet to try an MGW shifter, but even so, after 2 shifters I'd still keep the Pro 5.0 even if the MGW felt better.

Hurst with the short handle and the stock ****, price was great. Didn't feel the need to purchase a more expensive shifter with external stops. I'm thinking about upgrading to a 6 speed if I have any problems with the 5 speed that is in the car.

I purchased the Hurst mainly for the nostalgia look and the price. Are the other shifters really worth the additional $100 or so? I think not, even though I have not driven a car with either the Pro 5.0 of MGW shifter. I am happy with my Hurst.
