A weekly rate will save you some bucks. Know anybody in the travel business (coupons)?

 

Any Mustang will be pricey - look for weekly rates and shop around.
Do you work at a place that has any type of agreement with rental companies (sometimes you can get a group discount)? Check your car/house insurance company - sometimes those companies get discounts for their customers (and not just when you need a replacement vehicle).

 

I went to Hertz for a mustang to "test-drive" and the girl gave me the manager's special @ 49.99/day which included total coverage. She goes all we have is a red convertible . I kept it the whole weekend for about $115.00. Cruised to Palm Springs with the wife. Just ask for the "Manager's Special"
