What is your "Priority"...?

My build sheet for x-plan '05 GT ordered yesterday shows a Priority (upper left hand corner of the sheet) of 10. Does anyone know the order of priorities or is this just :scratch:

Here's a link with info, I know it's for a different model but it's shows the ford system of ordering. will give you the insight you need.
