Ok, we all know the 05/06 Mustangs have taken off big time. More and more aftermarket parts are becoming available each day for our cars. The temptation to modify them is becoming harder and harder to resist. I just ordered my car today and I already have parts coming in for it!!! So, now that we know I'm a mod freak, how would you classify yourself??? I know there are some people on this forum that have a ton of money tied up in their cars!!! Come on, lets here it!!! Cast your vote!!!!

I would mod the engine, but I am scared to death about the warranty.

If you do basic mods you shouldn't have a problem. It really depends on how **** your dealer is. You could just do a canned tune from Diablosports Preditor and then bolt on Bassani's x pipe. What's nice about the x pipe is it bolts to the stock cats and rear exhaust (make sure you get the right one, they have several). Then throw in a high flow filter like a Fram Air Hog. This combo would give you a little more oomph but is mild enough to put back to stock in an afternoon should you need to take it in for service.

I'm somewhere between moderate and freak but on my way to freak I suspect! Another interesting poll question would be: how much have you spent in mods??

I'd say I'm in the freak range, only had it two weeks, and already right around $1000 in mods.

I have just over $4000 in mods on my car right now. If I hadn't done all the work myself (other than painting my stripes and welding/painting the decklid) it would be over $5000. I still have another $2500-$3000 to go. Plus a possible blower down the line.
