It's time for a deserving impeachment. GWB is a joke, an embarassment. Enough is enough. He's a wimp. Still trying to vindicate his Daddy's war against Saddam Hussein. Where is Osama Bin Laden? We should have had the SOB by now. Instead we went off on a Political tangent...for oil.

"........this is a predominantly conservative board...." Who says? K.M.A.! M.F.!
Then why did the PEOPLE vote him in again if his approval rating was so low last fall? People get the government they deserve.

I vote the thread be closed before anymore political discussion occurs

Don't you know the rule- the three things you never talk about with Mustang owners? Religion, Politics, and Vertical Doors

Sorry about my late night rant! But the last time I checked this wasn't Republican Mustangers dot com.

Vandalism has nothing to do with politics. People should be held responsible for their distructive actions PERIOD. There are kids (young teens really) in affluent suburbs who also do this stuff. Just for kicks I guess. If they are under age their parents are legally responsible.

There are some far left "eco-terrorists" who have attacked new SUVs at dealerships. I think some of them were caught. The high price of gas did more to SUV sales than their idiotic behavior.

There are no excuses. It's criminal conduct. :nono:

As for Kerry,,,,he had the charisma of an old pair of Hushpuppies, maybe less.

I’ve read a lot of these posts about vandalism, mail workers raging about cars, rude behavior. Etc., etc.

Why don’t you folks move into a decent neighborhood?

I thought long and hard before ordering my Mustang, not exactly my demographic so to speak, but I figured it was worth getting a kids / white trash car for the cheap fun.

Then again, I live where folks know how to behave –

Maybe owning a white trash car in a white trash neighborhood is not that good an idea.

Why don’t you folks buy a used Camaro instead?
You can pretend to be Smoky and kick up gravel.
Thats just rude and disrespectful. You do not have any right calling people white trash because there cars get vanadalised. You remind of some of the poo I deal with at a camp I work at. Its called bullying. yaa it sounds stupid. But because of people like you, you have kids walking around thinking its right to act like that and treat people like that. Then what does that result in all across North America in high-schools everyday. Yaa its called suicide. People like you make me sick. The problem starts with the parents.

Unfortunately this problem is getting worse.

We had the same idiots back in the 70's.
Back then the big thing to do was to key some nice car at the drive-in.
People did it back then to pick a fight. These were just outcasts of society.

Today it's your average kid with seemingly good family values.

Problem is that parents are afraid of their kids today and do not discipline them. They try to be their best friend and don't want to do anything to offend them fearing harsh retaliation. The kids are left to be the idiots that they are.

The rest are kids who have no father figure, or no parentel authority at all.
Mom works 18 hours a day to make ends meat and who knows where the dad is. Kids learn no repect for people or property and are left to fend for themselves. They see the fruits of others and lash out because they lack the means and/or ability to obtain them.
true, and others live in the homes of drug-addicts and alcoholics and have no discipline or figure to follow. I personally dont act like that because, for 1 its wrong, for 2 my dad would kill me, literally. lol

Actually, judging from the majority of the posts here, I rather thought it was.

Yep

I know I kick their butt if I catch them. Correct that the liberal lawyers and pols have ruined our culture. Hope someone trashes their car (at least).

Mustangs and Glocks..great combo.

I think this will be my new motto.

Of course, I am a radical right-wing conspirator.
Amen brother!

GWB...He has given tax breaks for the wealthy (not you BTW) ...
I don't know what any of this has to do with Mustangs, but I couldn't let this comment go by...

However you define "wealthy", the fact is that the top 1% of income earners pay over 33% of the total income taxes in the U.S.

Regardless of the statistics, who else do you give a "tax break" to, other than those who pay the taxes in the first place? You can't give a break to someone who isn't paying taxes.

I've never understood this hollow battle cry.

Referance please or the numbers mean nothing.

And I've heard that 5% of the population owns 95% of the countries wealth.

But again no source I guess if I felt like it I could look it up but don't have that much time to blow.

And so if both are true what does that tell you.
1. Maybe that 1% has too much cut of the American pie and the other 99% can barely pay their taxes.

2. Same as above.

Source: The Internal Revenue Service, statistics on 2003 tax returns reported in the news media just last week.

Again, regardless of the statistics, who else would you give a tax break to, other than those who are paying the taxes? How would you propose reducing the tax liability of people who are not paying taxes in the first place?

Unless you are advocating refundable tax credits. But the inflammatory cry opposing "...tax breaks for the wealthy..." simply rings hollow. Tax reductions would logically go to those who pay taxes in proportion to what they pay--the bigger the liability, the greater the potential reduction.

If you want to redistribute wealth, that is a different political agenda. Call that what it is. And it ain't capitalism.

OK, now we're way off topic. What was that about people damaging our Mustangs?

Because you are ...maybe ...what.... misinformed/in denial at best!

GWB has the lowest rating of all the past 5 Presidents. Less than 40% approval. Do the math. That makes him odd man OUT. Even as a LAMEduck President his "mandate" (as if he ever had one) is down the toilet.

I voted for George Bush, just before I voted against him.
