Not to kiss up to Brad, but I was totally enjoying my 03 Centennial Edition Vert when "Just as you thought you were out, they s**k you back in."(Sopranos)
The overall engineering as propagated on this forum, s**ked me back in.

For those of you who need all of the above, even though there are type specific catagories, OVERALL ENGINEERING would be your choice. I gave subcatagories for some things just in case that was your favorite. Edited 11/30/04

I was trying to decide between a used Bullit, a 02 Steeda, and an 04 gt. After finding this site and ingesting all the 05 info, I now await the call from my dealer saying my 05 is here.

I was offered a used 2000 Mustang GT as my 1st car, but then I heard about the new retro-styled Mustang. I happened to stumble upon this site, and fell in love with the car. I'm now waiting patiently for my baby to arrive in a year...It's hard waiting , but I'd rather let Ford Work the kinks out and an aftermarket develop.. :bang:

Dude, that's not a poll - that's a grab bag of good reasons! TOO many choices though.

You need to add one more choice selection.

The retro styling had me hooked since I saw the 1st few prototype drawings.

What is the most important reason you bought the 05.

Simple, I love the 60's Mustang and it's the koolest car out there for 27K.

Holy mega options Batman! Welp, I'd tie it up with 2 things. The first, retro styling. Second, and funny that this phrase wasn't up there, best bang for the buck.

I have to admit theis site definately helped me decide on buying one, but when I saw the concept at last years LA Auto show, I said to myself, "that is going to be my next car." and now a year later, Im waiting for that CALL from my fleet manager to tell me those two words I have been anxious to hear. "It's here"

The overall engineering would be my version of all of the above. The reason I did not put an all of the above is because I wanted some specific answers to the GT and or the V6, both quality cars. I broke down some of the answers into their parts to give everyone a chance to get the answer they would want. I could not get to 50 questions on the poll though. I will leave that up to Brett Favre.

I'm in for styling, power, bang for the buck, and the "dang, look at his car!!" factor...

I am buying it based on the styling of the emergency brake.

Gotta be the new headrests!!!

I'm definitely buying for the retro style combined with outstanding pricing for V6 Premium.
