What to do?
#1
Help me out, everyone. What should I do? I gave up on my '05 GT Vert ordered Feb 9 and ordered a 06 GT Vert last week with a confirmed DORA. What would you do? Thanks!
Oops! Forgot to say I got a July 18 build week on the 05!

Are you kidding?
If you had idenical cars what is worht more...
65 or 66
67 or 68
69 or 70 (maybe)
71 or 72
You can take this thought all the change years, and the first year is worth more. IMHO

About $1,000 difference between the 06 and 05, mainly because of the wheel option. Both deals are below MSRP.
Thanks.

Get the '05 unless you wanted one of the new colors for 06 really bad.

I actually changed from Windveil Blue on the 05 to Torch Red on the 06.
Thanks.

If the upgraded wheels are important I would take the '06.
Buying the '05 to sell it is a risk. You would have to pay taxes, tag, title, dealer fees, insurance, and possibly interest on a loan if you take one out. To break even or to make money you would need to sell it for a substancial amount over what you pay for it.

Actually, my Dad waited until late 1965 and ordered a 1966 Fastback. He wanted to wait until they worked all the bugs out of the early models first. Same as 2005. I would not by a brand new first year run anything.

So what color do you think you really really want to be driving in for the next few years? This should answer your question...good luck...

You're right......I did think of those points later.

So far I haven't seen anything about the 06 that would make me want that more than the 05.
