X-plan here, was about 40 bucks over invoice so I just voted for invoice.

my wife called a friend of mine (he owns a honda/vw dealership) and he hooked her up with a ford dealer that had the car i wanted. (she had been trying to get one for 5 weeks prior) so with tax, tags and what ever the check was still less than sticker.

X-plan, 2% above invoice. Even after TTL it was still less than MSRP.

Got mine at invoice, you may want to merge two of those categories, under MSRP and over invoice are really the same thing.

paid MSRP, although I got hosed for my trade in.

Curious, how is everyone and their brother getting X plans, isn't that the deal for friends and family of Ford employees?

I never even heard of an x plan until I got interested in the new Mustang and pitched my tent on this site.

Only 3 people have posted saying they got X-plan, not sure that qualifies as everyone getting it.

What exactly is the other category for? Two people voted for it, not sure what is not covered by the other categories up above.

I bought mine in the Bahamas. I had to pay import duties and shipping. Add about 80% to MSRP.

I thought the 1000 or more over MSRP would cover that.

I ended up paying $250 under invoice for my '05 GT. I originally got it for $500 over invoice, but I also received a $750 discount for being a return Ford customer coming off of a lease.

Hoping those who vote "other" can explain why.

I paid $800 over invoice. But my dealer locked in an awesome price on my trade. Ended up making $1,300 on my trade.

X-plan here, so I voted other. X-plan is friends and family, so if you know someone who works for Ford or Ford credit they can generate you a pin.
