Several months ago I called a few dealers in my area about the 2005 Mustang and told them what I was looking for and they said they would add me to their list and contact me when they had some information on the car.

I got a call from one of those dealers today that told me they would have one new Mustang at their dealership next week, and when I told him that the cars wouldn't start shipping until the 27th he didn't know what to say.

Then he told me that 'the GT will not arrive until late January', but when I questioned that he changed his story to 'October or November'.

The last thing he told me about the cars that they expect in their first shipment is that they will be 'all V-6 manuals'...but if I remember right from reading a message in this forum the manual V-6 Mustangs will be delayed until November 29th.

Again this dealership wasn't aware of any of the things that I mentioned from this site.

On a positive note he did tell me that he would sell me the car at the X-Plan price.

Now that needs to added to the list of smilies. Atleast it could save Kevin some typing time.
