Hello all
I went to do my daily ritual of calling the Robot Lady and got this message: "We are unable to process and automated vehicle status request"

Every other time it has said "Clean and Unscheduled" and the last update was yesterday showing C&U as of "february 24."

I'm probably being too optimistic, but I'm hoping this means I caught it between something and my status may be ready to change.

Thanks for the input!
Ryan

Just give her a bit....wait an hour or so and try back.
The Evil Bot Lady is undergoing updates.

Ryan,
If you have your VIN, I can run an OASIS report to see if she has been built-let me know.
OASIS is down for maintenance for the next few hours (approx 12:00 Eastern) so I can run it this PM if you like.

OASIS is a system we use at the dealership service department to identify vehicle specifics such as build date, in service date, vehicle powertrain equipment, service contracts and Field service actions (recalls)

So you can find out the exact date the car was built by using the VIN? I know my car was built week of 12/13. and based on the 'as of 12/14 unit shipped by convoy' I assume it was built on the 13th, if not earlier...it would be nice to know the exact build date.

They only update it once a week until the car is built.

I've been getting this also. I called just now and got "as of Feb 25 your units is scheduled for production week of Feb 21." Is this normal? I was hoping for bucked or is being shipped via ___.

CME,

I can't prove this but it seems that the "as of" date given during your build week, often turns out to be the actual build date (the date the car is finished). This is true for my car (as proven by an Oasis report from Matt) and others have said the same thing. Sounds to me like you were built on Friday and should expect a status change today or tomorrow to "shipped by convoy carrier". Just my thoughts, don't mean to get your hopes up if I am all hosed up. Won't be long now!
