Steve,

Looks fantastic! You might have just pushed me over the edge. I love the coupe but the vert is sweet. Maybe it's time for a change.

Congratulations Steve!! Is it warm enough where you live to put the top down? Great looking ride....enjoy!!!
Always warm enough for me but the wife freezes. I'm in south central PA should be about 50 today and tomorrow. Will have to try it.

I guess it was an omen afterall that 2 of your cars died this week

Your car is just like mine but your girl takes her shirt off

I want all you guys to know somthing. My husband, Steve pony6505 was not able to sleep last night. It felt like Christmas Eve all over again. And what did Santa bring him, a beautiful Christams Car in red, black and silver. Boy Santa treated him alright!!

And it even came with room for me. Not that I wouldn't have wanted one for myself. But that's OK. The 65 is mine. I am a pony girl at heart. Let the pony run free!!! Let's roll.....

Steve, Star and Tyler - WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!

Tyler - I bet you're like my kids 15,14, 12 - they all want to be driven to school in the new Stang. Stepping out right in front of the cafeteria windows is the best! B)

Thanks Ken. You are right on the money. Tyler has been telling his buddies about this car since we ordered in November. And of course they didn't beleive it so, I am sure Steve will have to drive him to the school so they can see. I tell you we have not been this happy in our house since we brought Whinney home, my 65. Tyler just called from home and Steve is going to pick him up and then come to get me. Can't wait!! Thanks again.

Love that red on red
That's what I was thinking as well. Those are good pics to show the red interior with redfire. Perfect combo IMO.

I was able to go look at it after prep yesterday about 3:00. I took a cashiers check for most of the purchase price made out to both the dealership and myself, went through the credit application for the small balance loan.

The dealership then let me take her on a 3 hour over 100 mile test drive before I signed any final paperwork. When I got back signed the papers and went home.

It was awesome . Got her a little dirty, ran it slowly up to 105 (didn't punch it hard) before I had to back it down for traffic. Real smooth.

Had two Accuras with fart cans want to run me while I was on on the test drive. PLEEEEASE. :notnice:

Rob, I know I said I would post pics with the top down but I didn't get home till 9:30 last night it was too dark. Promise I will.

Steve,

If I were you I'd wait until the weekend before gracing us with any more pics and instead treat yourself to a day off with the new car. It's supposed to be in the 50's in NJ today and hopefully it'll be close to that in PA. All you need is a warm jacket and you're ready to rock and roll.

Enjoy!

Rob

That's what my plans were Rob. Just wanted to let you know I had not forgotten. It is a real nice day here and I took the day off. Now take a guess what I'll be doing today.

Ken,

My dad said I am not takeing my new car by that mess of a school. He thinks it is going to get scratched or something or a high schooler that is just learning to drive is going to get in a crash with him. THOSE 10th GRADERS DON'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE.
