I was wondering if Ford possibly changed exhaust within the 2005-2006 year... I recieved mine in May of 2005, it was bought off a dealership an we'll i've been paying attention to serveral other v6's around my area... My exhaust seems to stick out further at least 2inches past the bumper, i can stand to the side and see it sticking out.. If i do that with another v6 i can't see theirs, i have to tilt my head sideways and look under. Not only does the tip seem larger, but rounder in circumfrence.

I don't know what package they have.. although i have the Premium Mustang.
My Hood also is larger than others, i have a very large bow in the middle... I look at my stang and then look at one suppose to be identical, and it looks very strange, something looks very wrong.

Anyone have an answer to this ?

Pics would definitely help. I am not aware of any changes or packages that could account for this.

 

I'll collect pictures tomorrow of my car and hopefully someone will be on campus so i can snap a few pics.. if not i'll borrow one of the Football Camera's

 

Maybe the dealer put a chrome exhaust tip on it??

I say its Got the Ford Accessory tip on it.
