1.) No, unless you get extreme with your boost levels.
2.) Depends on a billion factors, including luck. I know a guy locally running a turbo putting down 500+ rwhp, I've heard of motors letting go close to 400rwhp. The trans is another factor.
3.) Any FI mod will put excess stress on the engine that it wasn't "designed" for. Engineers build in tolerances, but they aren't promised capabilities. With a good setup and "safe" tune, you can expect near stock-level stress at normal driving, but anytime you push the capabilities of the motor you could create "negative effects"
