Tune vs. tune + C.A.I.

I have a Brentspeed tune on my car already and an o/r h pipe. My question is I am thinking about ordering the C&L C.A.I. Since I already run a tune will I see much of a difference with the C.A.I. and a re-tune.

The tune helps get rid of the throttle lag and afew other issues that the OEM tune has. The cold air intake will allow much more air to flow which means more HP.

You probably saw about 10hp with the tune. You will see an extra 15-20 with the intake.

Huh I didn't realize Brennspeed would charge for the new tune if you didn't buy from them. TillmanSpeed does free updates

Yup.. that seems in-line with this article (page two when they talk about tune only with the stock airbox) http://www.mustang50magazine.com/tec...ons/index.html
