I did the self test when I got home from work today and I was wondering in what display set of information will I see weither its an A or B series? In other words what should I be looking for. Thanks

I don't think the B series is the answer. EleanorsMine has a B series and she is still having problems. I think I read that others with a B series are still having problems.
I am not sure what the problem is. After talking with my service tech, he is GUESSING that based on the number of the TSB, he THINKS that they are switching vendors. This is only one man's thoughts and I am not sure how true. He said he was only guessing.

I just did the self test too. I have the A series. I get the cd error message, and cant load a new cd etc.
I have also noticed I dont get hardly any base. I have the base totally up. When I did the self test, when it got to the subwolfer, it was a mumbly growl, non-destinguishable words, and can hardly hear it. So, do I have an additional problem? Know of a way I can correct it with configuring the speaker sounds?
Help?
