Is there a way to track this other than VOPC? How is everyone getting their ET of delivery?

Go down in person if you are in the area. Or call up and ask who handles orders for the dealership, and then they can help you. Iâ€™m sure someone in the dealership can help you somewhere, just keep climbing the ladder until you get someone who cares.
