Torque spec and FSM procedure for K-Member Brace?
I've been trying to dig up the OEM torque specs for the 4 nuts used to secure the OEM Rear crossmember / subframe / A-arm brace used on verts, 07 GT500, and 08-up GTs. This thing is harder to track down than a needle in a haystack.
The FSM disavoys all knowledge of this bar except for the front stabilizer exploded view, where it clearly shows a bar with 4 fasteners securing it to the rear of the sub-frame. However, I have yet to find any mention of this bar or the torque specs for the nuts. CHE Performance claims 30-45 ft-lb for the bolts used to secure their brace at the OEM rear flange, so I would assume the OEM nuts must be torqued to a similar value.
