Tornado Air System

Hey guys, do you guys suggest in installing that tornado air system that is supposed to increas MPG and power for the car...?????????

I read something a while back on Popular Mechanics' website that none of these things increase HP of MPG.

I do use a throttle body spacer and I do think it does something.
