It's just a matter of taste. The torch red with red int looked ok to me. I knida preferred the redfire with red int.

Different stroke for different folks. Thats all.

I personally changed my order after I saw it in person. I think it looks good on redfire. It looks AWESOME with black, but it clashed with torch red. I changed my interior to Charcoal. Best combo in my opinion.

I ordered mine with charcoal. However mine is not a vert. I think the red leather/ redfire combination on a convertible is an excellent combination.

I went through the same questions and even changed an earlier order I made with the red interior and Torch Red, but ended buying one with both and it looks great. The red leather is a "little" darker color than the bright red, but it's not that different unless you held a seat against the paint. My last Torch Red had Tan leather interior and I like the Red with Red inserts much, much better. Do you plan on tinting the windows? If so, you'll definitely not be see much.

The red leather and the red paint clash, IMO, but are a matter of your taste. The floor mats that come with the red leather are yet another completely different red. I think you will find that even if you like the red & red you will still want to replace the floor mats - three mismatched reds in one car will be too much.

i'll try to add a little "on topic" to my post...

I heard a rumor that the red interior goes great with Torch Red (and also redfire, black, white, silver). The red seats are a lot like Redfire... a fairly medium to medium/dark red when the sun isn't shining on them, and a much brighter red when the sun or any direct light hits them.

Rumor has it that if you plan on tinting your windows, you won't notice any sort of contrast between either of the reds and the interior.

Heard through the grapevine that the red floormats that come with the ICAP are pretty ugly, and should be replaced by black at the earliest opportunity.

Glad to see someone has seen RedFire w/ the Red Interior. I debated getting and went ahead. I drove a Silver GT w/ the Red Interior. It was sharp, almost made me change to Silver.
