Tire Wheel Combo
255/45-18 on the 18 x 9's and 285/40-18 on the 18 x 10's seem to be the tire sizes of choice.
These sizes in 18's will get you close to stock (27.18"):
235/50-18 @ 27.25"
255/45-18 @ 27.04"
265/45-18 @ 27.39"
285/40-18 @ 26.98"
295/40-18 @ 27.29"

incomingRPG, what one of all those sizes will fit on the stock 18" rim?
I would suspect they all would... it just depends on how much you want the sidewall to hang over the wheel. Some tire manufacturers would not advise it, depending on how their sidewall was designed to be run.... but... I had 295s on a 17x9 wheel... and could have gone 315, except I couldn't rotate those to the front... so I didn'. The tires I was running were BFG Comp T/As ... Z rated obviously.

255/45 is recommended as the largest to go on the stock 18-inch wheels.
