Tiger Honakers Super Shaker Bullitt (477 hp/433 tq)

Terry (Tiger) Honaker recently stopped in for several days for his long awaited install. His mod list is now extremely huge and is car is laying down rubber wherever it pleases. Thanks again Tiger and have fun with your car.

Yes, he will never hook at the track with those Good Year Eagles. He does not plan to beat on it very often and wants Brent to race it at the track, being more experienced.

No no no no! This is all wrong. He is going to need me to break that Bullitt in properly before the midwest snow season hits.

Awesome build

When picking up your car from Brenspeed check the trunk for your complimentary new tires!

I saw that video a couple days ago and have watched it several times. Makes my choice to get a Super Shaker much easier. The shaker will look sick with my hood stripe. By the way, does Tiger's Bullitt have a forged bottom end? Is 560+ flywheel HP safe? I would love to have those same numbers but don't wanna go forged.

No it doesn't. As far as reliability with that kind of power, it's safe as long as you have a GOOD tune. There are literally hundreds, probably thousands of S197s running 460-500 rwhp with the stock block and internals. It all comes down to having a competent tuner. There are plenty of guys, including myself, that have been running 500+ rwhp on the factory longblock as well. I know someone with ~515 rwhp that has 30,000 miles on the set-up and hundreds of passes at the track on the factory longblock.

Already have the shaker hood, will the saleen shaker fit the same hole in the hood or is it bigger? I know it is probably a long shot, don't want to give up the look, otherwise i will probably look at a centri.

Certainly nothing wrong with a centri (I love my Vortech V2), but that Super Shaker is quite intoxicating.

Yes the super shaker was designed to fit in the CDC shaker hood hole. We have done several installs with CDC shaker hoods already installed and it went flawless.
