Throwout Bearing Whine?

Wow... only 16,000 miles and my throwout bearing is emitting this whirring noise when the car is idling in neutral and clutch isn't depressed. It makes an already noisy-as-hell transmission even louder!

As soon as I push in the clutch the whirring sound goes away.

That sucks... I was hoping Ford didn't use those plastic-raced Federal Mogul throwout bearings anymore, they really are inferior!!!

Anyone else have this problem?

my 06 (with 900 miles) does it. i just figured it was the tranny's input shaft spinning in neutral when the clutch reengages.
