Was TPS issues now car wont start.

so.. i had to replace my TPS on my 2003 GT. it wasnt receiving a proper voltage. replaced it and got a new battery, but now the car wont turn over havent got the time yet to check the voltage, but colleagues telling me it could be the fuel pump... does anybody have any suggestions?

You should be addressing this question in the SN-95 forums being as your Mustang is a 2003 model.. Just saying

If it's not turning over it can't be the fuel pump. If it turns over, and not firing it could be.
