Thumbs up

what do you guys think is it way to late to order a 05' GT coupe?

I don't really want a 2006, I decided to trade my 05 v6 in and get the BIG HORSE.

My understanding is that they are no longer taking orders for the 05 GT.

They cannot fill the orders that they currently have.

So if you want a 05 GT better get to checking the lots for one.

My guess is by now that the dealers who do have GT's are really marking them up so be prepared to be reamed on the price.

Look up Brandon Ford in Tampa, Fla. They still have about 15 or so GT's on their lot.
I don't know where you live, but I almost drove the 8 hrs there to get my GT. I lucked up and found one only 50 mi. away. BTW, this same dealership where I got mine still has a Mineral Grey GT, matter of fact, when we bought mine a week ago, they had 2 Mineral Grey GT's and I think another White GT. These are in Opelika, Ala. just off I-85.

My dealer told me they are not taking any more orders for GT's for the 05 MY. That doesn't mean all dealers have stopped accepting orders, but you might have to search around a bit. Depending on your location, it might be best to try and find one on a lot

thanks for the replies guys^^^^

yeah I know I missed the boat but I can always ride the life raft

anyway I'm from Columbus OHIO I've searched around 4 dealers sites and went to 3 found 1 GT Black not what I wanted.

I can't decide on color yet, Torch Red, Sonic Blue, Satin Silver or Performance White again. I've never paid attention to Sonic Blue until I seen another guys post yesterday of his it's a beautiful color and the other colors I don't think I could go wrong with choosing any of them.

I'll be looking hard I'm not in a big rush, I'm trying to save a nice down payment so time is my side I guess.

thanks again, zach

I have 2 GT's on the ground available at MSRP and no mark ups. 1 Windveil Blue manual with the IUP, Graphite Leather, Security Syst, Side Air Bags, and upgraded wheels around $28800 and a Miner Grey automatic with the Red Leather, IUP, bullit wheels, security syst around $28600... If interested, call me at 407-748-3961

Ordering Time is over for most dealers.

Check the lots or start warming up to the idea of an 06

I called Brandon Ford while I was waiting for the GT I ordered. They wanted a TON over sticker. I found several cars in the Dallas area for $500-$1,000 under MSRP/ I'd suggest looking there instead. Wichita Falls also had some on the lot for the same deal.

If driving the V6 didn't make you feel inferior why are you being so quick to trade it in on an 8? If I were you honestly, I'd wait it out a few years and get a cobra with the money you save on the insurance. just my 2 cents.
