Today at noon I get a call from a dealership that they just got an '05 GT in (I have calls into most of the dealerships around here to let me know when they come in). I couldn't leave work until 4:00 so I called before I left and sure enough, it was already gone. Less than 8 hours from when it rolled off the truck to when it rolled off the lot. No biggie to me since I won't be ready to buy one until about this time next year but I'm dying to see on in person. I guess I'll have to wait until the excitement dies down!

Tell me about it.
The lovely green went to some diehard in Mississippi who planned to drive east till they found one- They got the first one ok- but they paid for it.

In one sense, I feel fortunate mine isn't coming home till the hype dies down. In the other sense, I want it now........ BUT I FOUND A SILVER VERT I must have.....

EDIT: Husband mad- HEEEEEE Found a silver Vert HE must have. I wanted the torch red with black top...

I don't believe there has been an occurance of a GT sitting on the lot for a 24 hour period without being sold.

That says something I'd say.

I'll have to check and see if the one I photographed is already gone!
