When I started getting intermittent noise in 3rd gear this past Saturday, I fiqured that the "Grinding/Growling Noise TSB" had arrived - having read about this problem on the site
The Service Tech, who is a good guy, was able to pull it up, check it out and schedule a date to take it in and have the updated kit put in. The info you can get on TMS sure can make a possible PIA experience a positive !
