Well, it usually takes 3-5 days . . BUT look at #7551 ETA 10/19, & it's HERE!!!

 

Don't go saying stuff like that and getting my hopes up.

I just noticed that mine says shipped via convoy and most of the others say rail. Do you know what the difference is Teri?

 

I'll tell you - convoy's probably faster! Watching my train is the pits!

I just checked ERL, and it now says that my car has been shipped via rail car, when just yesterday it said it was shipped via convoy. What's the deal?

Oh, and is my ETA 11/3 or 11/1?

 

I hope that it's okay for me to answer this question-
First of all congratulations for getting your car built so fast after placing your order, and if it comes in on 11/3 that would be a little over one month.
Now, for your question-
Don't worry about the change from convoy to rail...they took to car by truck to the train, it was loaded on a railcar and is now on it's way to your area. Once it arrives in your area you're probably going to get the message 'shipped via convoy' again since the car will be taken off the train and loaded on a truck for it's final journey to your dealer, then you're going to be getting lot's of these when you 'get the call'

 

When I picked up my GT today, Teri invited me to the MNF get-together. So I think she'll be there.
