Hi everyone,
I was just wondering about how taller guys 6'2"+ fit in your 05+ stangs. Im currently 15 and 6'3" and I hope I don't grow much more so I can still fit in a Mustang when I want to buy one.
Thanks,
Colin.

As long as you don't plan on riding in the back seat, you'll be just fine. I'm 6'2" and my brother is 6'4".... plenty of space!

I'm 6-2" and about 200lbs and I have TONS of room. Even though we only have about 1" more headroom, shoulder etc. etc. on the spec sheet compared to the last gen, those numbers are deceiving! Trust me. This car is much larger inside. Don't worry at all.

I have a friend who's 6'-6" that rides sometimes and he fits

Sorry, 6-9 ain't the record. I know a guy who is 6-10 and has no problems with his GT and he even lowered it, too. What a sight to see him unfold getting out of the GT and then standing up.

i know that you wont fit in an older mustang, especially a fox, the foxes are tight inside, i think like 6' 2 is the limit in them.

Absolutely. I hit my head if I leaned even slightly to the left.

I'm 6'2" and 220 and I was never totally comfortable in my '03. I never did the mod to move the seat back another inch or so. Had I done that mod, then the shifter would have been a further stretch.

The 06 is great, about on par with my 94 T-Bird for room and comfort in the driver's seat or as front seat passenger. The shifter is in perfect position, as are the pedals.

Of course, there's no room for any one in the back seat with me driving.

6'3" 235lbs and no problems for me. I also see that Dan has gained 5lbs according to the link provided by AGBULLIT.

i'm 6'6, 320lbs... <-- football player... my only complaint is that the steering wheel wont go up any higher, but i am impressed with the amount of room lowering the seat will give me... it gets really low... needless to say that i am looking forward to getting my car... i am just worried about the clutch on the manual... i wear a size 17 shoe... i hope the feet arent too big...
