well, at least it isn't implicating TMS with the auction. is the copyright supposed to be for the pic, or the stripe kit?

The second the pic hits cardomain, its public. Nothing you can do. (If it doesn't have a copyright when posted there)

It's public for viewing Grantsdale, but the photographer owns the copyright.

Not necessarily true. If the copyright isn't written on implied on the picture or the site, you'd never win the case.

Take for instance, all the famous "stolen" **** videos of celebrities. You would think they would try to stop them from being posted all over, but since they aren't copyright, they can't do a thing about it. They actually have MORE of a case in those situations, because they didn't mean to release the video (except for Paris Hilton). In this case, however, orthoguy meant to post it on cardomain, which makes it usuable for public consumption.

Just pop open paint and add "copyright (first initial, last name)" on the corner and you'll be covered.

That is not the same picture. Compare the shadows on the car. You will see the difference.

I see it you're right Grantsdale. Just took a minute.

Still don't approve.

Should I photoshop on my pic my name on my vert before I post the pics here? I don't mind and quite flattered if people shared pics of my car but not for their own profit. :nono:

Not a bad copyright notice, except for the same problem: "I got it off site xxxxxxx and there was no copyright notice". Is all they have to say.

They got the stripe measurements wrong. Orthoguys stripes are 10 1/2" wide with a 1" gap. I know because I emailed him and he gave me the dimensions. Mine are the same.
