Thumbs up

I've only noticed this issuse twice in my car... For a short amount of time i seem to loose power-steering... my wheel becomes hard to turn and in a moment it becomes easy again. the first time was after a doughnut so i figured the fluid went to one side and i got air in the line but the second time, while only for a few secs, was under normal driving conditions... anyone have similar porblem?

Not sure, maybe something in the power assist. My t-bird would do that when it rained out.

I just came back from a 2-week vacation and during all this time my car was in the garage (~45 deg. F). Apart from the expected flat spots in the tires, I also noticed a much stiffer steering, even after the engine reached normal operating temperature and I drove it for 25 miles.
I checked the fluid level and the tire pressure, both were OK. Any guesses what the cause might be?
