It appears that Brad wasn't quite satisfied with the poll. I guess those are the perks that come with being in charge.Anyway, I voted for my '05 GT. Already ordered it, but I don't have any other info on it. I'm not even sure if my dealer placed the order with Ford. Lazy, no good son of a ... well you get the idea.
I was ready to order mine ( GT ), but I had second thoughts.
I want to wait and see how things develop.
I really want those 18 inch wheels, and I am curious to see when a SE or Mach 1 will be available.
Either way, I know I will be eating my heart out come this October!

Current insurance is valid until February 2005. Will purchase upon expiration. Prefer Mustang SE if it is a substantial package-more than just stripes. Otherwise a GT. 5psd for either.
Still undecided regarding color. I preferred black but the issues posted on this site recently regarding Ford black paint has put me off. Since the 2005 looks like a 1969 in the front and sort of in profile and a 1964-66 crossbred to a 1970 in the rear--I thought 1964-1970 colors would be more appropriate than the metallics or loud/psychedelic color available now(more apropo to early 1970s Mopar colors-Vitamin C, Banana Groovy, Plum Crazy, etc) Considering white if there is not an issue with glare reflection off the hood.
Interior-But of course Porno Red. My wife disapproves. Probably something sedate.
However, if I get a company car, then no new car and just refit my '91 Legendary 5.0. Hot Rod recently bestowed the Legendary title on those amazing Foxes of the previous century.
Thanks for reading my post.

nb: You know had a friend in high school who bought a 1970 Mustang with a 1969 front end. We used to kid him terribly regarding it. He did not realize upon purchasing that a swap had taken place by some previous owner. I actually liked the look of the car. Now we have a '69 front with almost a 1970 rear. Weird uh? Oh, I should mention, the Mustang in question was a convertible with Mach I badges, rocker panels, etc. Quite a transformer. White with black. Quite a good looking car too.

Though I think its a bit early for this poll since we don't even know if an SE will debut for sure and what it will be (leading to a split of the GT vote between the GT and SE options), I'd say SE if they come out with one........else a GT is fine for me.

By the lopsided #s of GTs, I think Ford my have to reevaluate the 68%(V6) to 32%(GT) mix...
