So I brought my stang over to my buddys house today to show him. i go through the normal stuff and then i pop the hood and to my suprise, my brake fluid cap was missing! I was like WTF?! Now, ive only been under there a few times and have been no where near the brake fluid. So now I have some cling wrap and a rubber band on there for now to get me by untill i can get to the dealer (the hurricane here is making it diffucult to get there casue everything is closed at the moment) So when I do get to the dealer i expect a new cap for free!

hmmm, makes me wonder how your brakes were working if you didn't have a cap. I'm pretty sure within a few minutes your brake pedal would have been hitting the floor when you pressed on it.

Wouldnt effect the pedal until it all splashed out and started to suck air into the system. Its just a resivoir.
They are suppose to check all fluid levels during dealer prep. Dealerships fault, hope brake fluid didnt get all over, that stuff makes a mess, and is not kind to paint.

REgardless of how it happened - you need to have your brake fluid flushed completely... Brake Fluid is "Hygroscopic" in that it sucks moisture out of the air and contaminates the fluid - thereby lowering it's boiling point dramatically.. ABS Brake system cars require the highest boiling point in order to function properly under severe use..
Don't just "Ask" the dealer if he will do this - This is something you need to ensure happens for your safety and the safety of your passengers et al...

Take a look at your dealer Delivery Checklist. You should have got one when you took delivery of the vehicle. Fluid filler openings (under the hood) is a check-off item.
