MGW went in mine last week... wonder why I waited so long. It's a great piece of engineering and makes driving the car so much fun to drive again!

I have the Pro 5.0 and love it. Shifters are hard to get an accurate opinion on as most people have only tried one or two, and also it is a personal feel sort of thing.
Good luck with your search, and I think that you will be happy with a shifter.

Love my Hurst, couldn't give you an opinion on any other ones out there. I know the Hurst is a LOT better than the stocker.

Mgw

The only place you can buy the MGW is from their web sight, I think it's mgw.com. It really is the best shifter you can buy.

I'm not happy with my B&M.Its very sloppy.I wouldn't even try and re-sell it.I'll prolly go with the proven Hurst or Pro 5.0 short throw.

After driving different cars with the steeda tri-ax, pro 5.0 and hurst I had decided to get the pro 5.0.
Fortunately my friend got the MGW and I had a chance to try it.
After trying it out I went with the MGW and wouldn't put any other shifter in my car.

Well It's almost 50\50 for Hurst and MGW I want to reuse my Roush knobe as well. So I guess I will have to look into price on both of these.

Hurst comes with a retro white ball, and let's not forget the chrome lever.

Yea, I have one too.
