yeah, they paid for the whole car no problems... EXCEPT for the mods i had on it (window tint, springs & labor, custom paint... grand total $890)

One of the at-fault insurance companies finally agreed to send me a check for them on monday after i provided them with reciepts. so that was good. (the truck had insurance with really low property damage limits that wouldn't have even covered 1/2 the price of my car, but luckally the kid driving it had full coverage with really high limits on his parents policy and both companies are claiming liability and being very accomidating)

 

yep, i've been doing a lot better recently... i only have to go to the chiro 2 times a week and physical therapy once a week.

 

Thats great Emilee. Im sorry you had to go through all that, but Im glad that everything is working out.

 

You know, if someone got $500K for her book...you probably could write a book on your own traumatic experience...
