Spotted this article in the LIFE magazine insert in the morning paper today. The article lists their "6 sexiest cars of 2006".

Their list includes and not in order of most sexiest to least:

1) Mercedes- Benz CLS500
2) Ford Shelby GT500
3) Pontiac Solstice
4) Range Rover Sport
5) Mazda MX-5 Miata
6) Dodge Magnum SRT8

I don't know about you all, but my vote goes for #2.

Dont get me wrong..i love the Shelby but the cls 500 is one sweet ride and the amg one is sick.

 

OK, I have been good all week and now this. I had to reply. The Shelby if you look at him from the front, it looks like a big eyed sad dog with it's bottom lip out. I just want to kiss him all over and take him home. That is what I think makes this car sexy. Not to mention the ride. My heart beats fast just thinking about it. Oh no!!! I've said too much. Oh well that's me.

 

Yea, I absolutely love the CLS class Merc's. I loved them from the second I first saw em. I don't see why the Range Rover and the Magnum are on there. I have sat in the CLS before, and it is unbelievable. Too bad they are 100 grand

 

I kinda like the Dodge Mangum myself.

 

Any "top sexist car" list that includes a Range Rover and Miata needs to be ignored.

The list was fine. Its just someones opinion of the sexiest cars. heck, we could argue about each of our top fives all day.

 

A MIATA? Are you kidding me??? I know this is a Ford crowd....but the new C6 is MUCH sexier than a frickin Miata. who the wrote that garbage? you've got to be kidding me.

the only car on that list thats sexy is the shelby,

the cls500 is a moms car, the miata is a joke, the soltice is total chick ride, a rover sport??? college girls/moms car, its an suv without any of the S or U, and the magnum is cool looking but sexy???? that screams I have kids.

I kind of think the solstice looks cool.

 

I have to admit, one of my troops is getting the Solstice. (A guy) He owns two Camaros and when he told me he was getting a Solstice I said, "Trading up huh?"



Then the rest of the unit makes fun of him and his soon to be Miata.

 

When I see a C6, it always has an old bald man. Sexy, I DON'T THINK SO!

OMG, I didn't even think of that. It must be a PA thing. I commute from Pa the Maryland everyday. I swear, old bald men. Young hot guys, drive muscle cars. I love muscle cars, old as well as new.

 

My mother pointed that out to me earlier today. :P

the CLS takes out all cars on that list. i mean its an amazing automobile. a work of art.

 

I'm sorry I have to say, I havn't really seen to many new cars that are all that sexy. Range Rovers, too big for the road. What are trying to say bigger is better.
My mother told me size doesn't matter, it is what you do with it.

And you sure don't want them to be too fast. The ride will be too short and you don't get to enjoy it before it is over.
