Now a GT500 front would do perfect! Just something with curved pillars that separate the headlight and grille. Up and down just isn't aggressive enough to match the rest of the car to me. It could SOOOO much meaner. Like devil starts to cry mean
Hell no!

Don't worry Nathan. I'd never put that front on the car. I'm not saying its wrong, but it would make the car look like something its not. Besides, I like the CS front and I like the options I have here. When I put the Agent 47 brake ducts in the lower grille its gonna look like bad ***. Like a car searching for souls to suck into its fire!

First thing Monday I'm ordering that cowl hood. I just don't care for the Roush scoop and even the billet hood pins anymore. They both need to go. A stock hood or even better a cowl hood will look so much better. And have cleaner lines.

I say you should see if you could find a Cobra R hood for Seven. I like the looks of those better than the looks of a cowl hood. From what I have read the Cobra R hoods are a cleaner(IMO) 2.5" cowl hood.

That's it. I think that's a 4" though, and I'll do a 2.5"

I want it to be an obvious Cowl, but not too over the top. That ones good on that car, but I'd like a little smaller.

TWSS!

J/K Seven looks But I'm curious on the Cobra R hood for the S197s. Haven't seen it. And good choice on sticking with the GT/CS front bumper. It's so clean looking IMO. I don't dig much the early GT 500 front end. On the 2010, it's another story. At least for me.

I said it in the tire thread and then saw the link to this thread, Holy hotness! Car looks great, although a bit heavy on the faux scoops. Will be even better once you get those Brembo's on!

Well I still have yet to get teh cowl hood. Bought another Mustang instead.

The last exterior mod I plan to do is the cowl hood and I'll add teh stripes to it. So here's the car as she sits now. I finally removed teh factory GT/CS side stripes and I should have done it years ago. I love it this way. The best thing about our CS's is that there are no holes in teh fenders for the badges. So when you remove the stripes you just see a nice clean black fender. Also no more old wax along the tape line either. That's worth it alone.

Also installed the Agent 47 brake ducts after removing the Shelby PIAA/brake ducts. I'll be selling the Shelby kit. It simply was not designed for use with a Supercharger that has a heat exchanger in the lower grill. The lights fit with some modification but the brake ducts were useless. I like the A47 much better and thankfully it was designed around the heat exchanger so the fitment was so easy. So now I have brake ducts to cool off my new Brembos. Yay.
