Sequential Tail Lights - vender choice

Hey Guys,

I need an idea of which one of these brands/ venders to get.

The two choices are American Muscle and Venomous Stangz.

I have bought from Venomous Stanz and have been happy with them. I have never actually bought from AM.

Here is the break down.

Ven. Stangz (http://www.venomousstangz.net/index....roducts_id=224)
- Cheaper aftermarket, Cheaper by $40
- Lifetime warranty
- splice-in setup

Am. Mus. (http://www.americanmuscle.com/cdc-dynamite-sticks.html)
- More known (the brand name - Raxiom)
- Only 2 year warranty
- Plug-in setup

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks.

I have the American muscle plug n play kit and I couldn't be happier. Install took maybe 30 minutes, and results are perfect. I've never ordered from your other option, but I know that I and most everyone else on this forum can say that AM's customer service is second to none.

Web Electric Sequentials

I have a used set for sale if you're interested. They are made by Web Electric, they are Pluy-N-Play and work perfect. I bought them new for my 2005 GT and they were installed for almost three years. The cool thing about Web Electric sequentials is that when the brakes are applied they will sequence once then stay lit, like all other brands. However, Web Electric provides instructions for running extra wiring that will make all three lights on each side come on immediately when you brake, just like the 2010+ Mustang sequentials work. I had intended to install these with the extra wiring on my 2008 SGT, but I traded it in on my Boss before I got around to it. I'll sell them for $75 OBO plus shipping via USPS Priority Mail, if interested.

I am interested.

So to confirm, they sequential once when I brake and stay on, but do they keep sequentialing when I have my flashers on and turn signal?

Thanks.

Yes, they do keep sequencing when using either turn signal or when using the 4-way flashers. If you were to modify the wiring so that the 3 lights on each side come on when braking, then I'm not sure about the flashers. But just the way the harnesses are now (Plug-N-Play), each turn signal and the 4-way flashers will keep sequencing, and using the brakes will sequence once and all 3 lights stay on as long as the brakes stay applied. Let me know if you'd like me to take a photo of the harnesses before you decide.

Webelectic kit rocks, and that's a great price. Where were you a few months ago when I bought these for my Mom's Mustang?

W/E have been on my '05 and now on my Mom's '08. Great product.

Does W.E. have a chase function for the lights by chance?

Not on mine. Never liked that look. They advertise here on TMS - link: http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm I'd ask them.

Maybe on another product, but not on these sequentials. BTW, the sequentials I had for sale are no longer available. Thanks anyways for your interest.

I'm very satisfied with the Web Electric kit. Plug and play, works great. As has already been stated, it has the option of wiring for non sequencing brake lights, like 2010+ Mustangs. WebElectric also has a splice in kit if you're looking to save some money.

Wherever you get yours from, make sure they're plug and play.

My sequentials are CDC. I do burn bulbs pretty quickly, but I've also had these for years now, so they may have improved the design a bit. Otherwise no problems!

Another vote for WebElectric. Got their harness in both my Bullitt and my KR; no problems.
