You're a lucky couple. Your stable allows you to avoid the whole manual vs automatic argument. You have more freedom. Some day, you may decide to take the V6 out for a jaunt, to give your left leg and right arm a break, or just to save a little gas! It is wise to have an automatic for in-town driving. All that stopping and starting can drive you nuts if you're at the wheel of a manual-tranny car. I was stuck in rush hour traffic on the Long Island Expressway for 3 1/2 years driving a manual. It was not fun!

I test drove a 2005 V6 automatic and was amazed at how much get up and go it had. My '01 V6 coupe was a dog in comparison and it didn't ride as smoothly as the new 'Stang does. Enjoy both of your rides!

BTW--where are car dealerships open on Sunday? They are closed in Louisiana, the last remaining throwback to the days of the old "blue laws", when everything retail was closed on Sunday, except restaurants.
They are definitely open here in CA on Sundays. I would bet more cars are sold here on weekends than Mon-Fri combined.

That reminds of when I lived in Jacksonville, FL back in the 80's. Liquor stores there were closed on Sundays, but all you had to do was drive over the line to the next county to find liquor stores open and packed with Jacksonville residents!

Open in Ohio too... used to work at a Honda dealership on Sundays and ordered my Mustang on a Sunday B)

Most dealerships are closed on Sunday, but that must be by choice....this dealership is testing the waters. I guess if sales hold up it will be a sure thing. They actually gave us $100.00 more discount because it was a Sunday purchase. That's an additional .0044277 percent off.
