SCT pre-loaded tunes problems

I got a defected SCT that i shipped back to the US and they sent me a new one (LRS refunded all shipping and tax cost)

Got the new SCT and went to load a tune.
At first i kept having ERROR, and i couldn't reach beyond PROGRAM VEHICLE > CUSTOM TUNE.
Then i did it and i found ONE tune in CUSTOM TUNES (Ford 4.6 L)
I load it and the engine died with codes P2195-P2197 (Cranked but engine stalled)

I plugged unplugged in OBD port several times and tried to load the pre-loaded tune again without success (always ERROR)

After several attempts I manage to return the car to stock tune.

I loaded a tune to the tuner that a customer support wrote to me with success and i went uploading , it worked with no error.
The car cranked and run normally again with that tune.
I checked for codes, no more P2195-P2197 codes.
I checked CUSTOM TUNES after uploading the customer support tune and i can only see the one he wrote and not the (Ford 4.6 L) one.
I check in "strategy tune" and i found one tune for (Ford 4.6 L)

Conclusion:
The tuner came with 1 tune (4.6L) and not 2 as they mentioned.
That tune is very bad (it kiilled the engine)

Question:
Where did the (Ford 4.6 L) tune that was in Custom Tunes goes?
Why is the (Ford 4.6 L) in STRATEGY tunes now? Is is that same bad tune or another one? Shall i upload it and try it?

Thank you

When my SCT died and I sent it back I couldn't return my car to stock , so my custom tune was still in the car and they had to make it the stock tune so the new SCT would work with the tune already in the car. If you didn't return yours to stock that may be what they did ?
