Question

So I am heading to work getting on the interstate and I notice traffic backed up for miles. Very frustrating as I am already late for an early morning meeting. As I am idling down the onramp at 2 mph the traffic report comes on the radio - police still working accident at I-24 and 840 interchange. Took me 20 minutes to go 2 miles. Finally get closer, see accident is on the other side of the interstate. No coffee and on the verge of road rage I glance at the accident scene and figure out what all the fuss is about - and it's not pretty. I see glass and various car parts all over the road, too bad to even drive through. There sits a satin silver 05 with the ICAP and premium wheels that looks like it hit a brick wall...front clip unrecognizable, front wheels pushed back and up in to the wells, damage all down the drivers side of the vehicle, hole ripped in the drivers door, airbags everywhere (could have been glare off the windshield) and no one standing around. 100 yards behind it are the mangled remains of a light duty trailer. Other cars involved had already been towed away, no one was standing near the Mustang or near the state troopers. I hope they were unhurt. Sorry for the long post, my car is still upset.

Dang that sux hope the people are ok. I recently saw an accident in a Mustang more of a rear ender the vehicle rear ended a 05 Stang V6. The airbag went off cause the person hit them pretty hard the rear end was totalled but the rest of the body was in near perfect condition.

Does anyone know the Crash Test Results on the 05' i would probably thinkg 4 stars maybe 5 stars but thats just me.

All I have heard is that they have done the roll over and the front impact and they both got 5 stars.
