RPM drops under Idle

Sometimes when I'm coming to a stop I'll feel/see the RPM go below Idle for a instant and go back to Idle. I have no clue what's the problem, it sometimes feels like it's just going to shut off.

You could try changing the fuel filter, and also, clean the throttle body. Always helps mine......

Sounds like the throttle body. You can use coated throttle body cleaner or brake parts cleaner but not carb cleaner.

Also I've been having electrical problems with the car turning on and just having no power at all.

Maybe get your alternator checked out. Also I'd check your battery voltage.

Describe the electrical problem a little better. You mean engine power or lights and stuff?

I'll unlock my car with the remote, Turn the key and everything shuts off. Can't use my remote, turn on the radio,lighs. Also has happened when I turn my car off.

Smart Junction Box under the passenger side kick panel? Some people have had problems with it getting wet and causing weird behavior.
