removing the cowl vent grill

Has anybody replaced there's yet? I am getting ready to do some face work on the girl and am looking at replacing some of the faded plastic pcs.

I tried some of that wipe-new on mine last year, the stuff works petty good- but stinks to high heaven, do it outside/wear gloves

probably going to take them off and paint them, i think they are beyond fixing.

I took mine off and painted them black. You had to remove the wiper arms and the pushpins and what not that were there.
