I can't believe I listened to the whole thing. I am truly stupider for doing so... I did learn one nugget of information. If you wash and wax your car, you'll never get a speeding ticket.

 

It's a radio joke. Notice how the two voices never overlap? It's the same DJ doing both voices. I heard this a long time ago. Didn't even need to listen again.

 

The guys name is Phil Hendrie and he use to have a show where he would "interview" someone with the sole intention of ticking off as many listeners as possible. It was a really good show.

 

What is he smokin ? what a looser talk like that will get him somewhere alright. Funny. He shoulda just offered a doanut or something.

 

I see at least one person pulled over by those every time I drive through, hehe.

It's the Phil Hendry show he allways does all the other voices. Its all a show. People call in and get all excited and give them a hard time because they think its real.
