Recall and TSB
Recall and TSB
I took my Stang into my local Ford dealer for the Air Bag recall and also printed and showed them the following TSB 07-18-2, 4.0L AND 4.6L COUPE—FRONT END NOISE OVER BUMPS, FORD: 2005-2007 Mustang.
They ordered the parts listed on the TSB and are replacing the Dampners on Monday, no questions and no hassle! can't beat that.

Nope, you cant. Except I had to take mine in TWICE to fix the front suspension squeak. I'm still not totally convinced it's gone away. I go in this Friday to fix the airbag, oh and the lumbar support that I broke.
TSB
I got my car back from the dealer after they replaced the front dampners from the TSB for front end rattle. What a HUGE improvement, doesn't have that "cheap car" sound going over bumps in the road, very glad I took it in, took less than two hours to do the maintenance and no questions or hassles by the dealership, highly recommend this for anyone with a 2005-2007 Stang.

So what all is involved in fixing the lumbar support? The driver's lumbar support in our '06 Explorer broke and I've been hesitant to fix it becuase it's a lease and I don't want to deal with a long repair. Is it quick to do? Can I just do it myself?
